Deskrizzjoni
The O Bass is a passive four-string bass with a bolt-on maple neck and a lightweight Okoumé offset body. It has one custom-wound split-coil humbucker mounted closer to the bridge than on a traditional P-style bass, which tightens the low end and gives the midrange a more aggressive voice. Controls are limited to a master volume and a master tone knob.
The neck has a slim profile with a satin finish, a Purpleheart fretboard with a 400 mm radius, and a dual-action truss rod. Scale length is 864 mm and nut width is 43 mm. Hardware includes a nickel top-loading four-saddle bridge and open gear tuners. It is offered in Orange and Black, plus a Glenn Hughes Purple version that swaps in a Seymour Duncan SPB-1 pickup and adds chequerboard binding.
As a passive instrument it connects with a standard instrument cable to an amp or interface. A padded black gig bag with a printed Orange logo and an alternative 3-ply scratchplate are included.
