This is the Glenn Hughes Signature Edition of the Crush Bass 50, a 50-watt combo with a fully analogue signal path driving a 12-inch speaker in a rear-ported cabinet. The cabinet is wrapped in a Deep Purple tolex made for this version.

Tone control comes from an active three-band EQ with a sweepable parametric midrange and a -6 dB pad switch. A Gain control sets the amount of overdrive and a Blend control mixes it with the clean signal, so low-end weight is kept. Gain and Blend can be switched with a footswitch. A built-in chromatic tuner sits below the controls.

For connections, the amp has a buffered effects loop, a line-level aux input for playing along to a phone or other source, and a headphone output that applies CabSim cabinet emulation for silent practice. FS-1 and FS-2 footswitches are listed as optional accessories.
