The TX-NR6050 is a 7.2-channel network AV receiver delivering 90 W per channel into 8 ohms (2-channel driven). It decodes Dolby Atmos and DTS:X in a 5.2.2-channel layout and includes AccuReflex phase matching for Atmos-enabled speakers. A refined chassis, HDMI board, DAC and power-amp grounds are listed as part of the design.
Video handling centers on HDMI 2.1. Inputs 1–3 and the Main and Sub outputs support 8K/60 and 4K/120, while inputs 4–6 handle up to 4K/60. Gaming features include VRR, ALLM and QFT, and eARC is available on the Main output. A Sub/Zone 2 HDMI output feeds a second display, and Zone 2 or Zone B analog line-out serves powered second-room systems.
For connectivity, the receiver offers dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, Chromecast built-in, DTS Play-Fi and Sonos Certified compatibility. Built-in services include Spotify, Amazon Music HD, Pandora, TIDAL, Deezer and TuneIn. Bluetooth works in both directions: receiving with SBC/AAC and transmitting to headphones with SBC, aptX or aptX HD.
