49SL MkIII
A 49-key MIDI and CV/Gate keyboard controller with a semi-weighted keybed with aftertouch, 16 RGB pads, five colour LCD screens and an internal eight-track sequencer. It suits producers who want to link a DAW, especially Ableton Live, with MIDI and CV hardware.

The 49SL MkIII combines a synth-style semi-weighted 49-note keybed with aftertouch, 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pads, eight knobs, eight faders and five RGB TFT screens. RGB LEDs above the keys show scales, zones and layers. The screens give parameter feedback for Ableton Live, and the controller also integrates with Logic and Reason. HUI mode covers Cubase, Pro Tools, Studio One and Reaper, and InControl supports other music software. It is NKS-ready for Native Instruments software.
An internal eight-track pattern-based sequencer records notes in real time or step by step, with parameter automation. Sequences can be edited from the keyboard. The sequencer has 64 sessions, 8 patterns per track, 16 scale types, and a tempo range of 40–240 BPM. Keys can be split into 8 playable zones.
Connectivity includes USB B 2.0, three 5-pin DIN MIDI sockets (In, Out, Out 2/Thru), three pedal inputs, an analogue clock out and two sets of CV, Gate and Modulation outputs on 3.5 mm jacks. A routable clock keeps MIDI and CV hardware in sync. The unit needs the supplied external power supply and cannot run from USB. Software includes Ableton Live Lite, Cubase LE and Komplete 15 Select, among others.
