Beskrivelse

The PP 4 amplifies the signal from moving-magnet and moving-coil cartridges and applies RIAA equalisation with a stated accuracy of ±0.3dB. An infrasonic filter limits low-frequency rumble, and a record level control adjusts the signal going to the computer.

A USB output sends 16-bit, 48kHz linear PCM to a PC or Mac, and a shielded USB cable is included. A line input allows other analogue sources, such as a cassette deck, to be digitised, and a line output is also provided. VinylStudio Lite software for Windows and macOS is supplied for splitting tracks and organising files.

The unit is compact, measuring 135 x 49 x 72mm without its power supply. Its power supply is designed for low consumption, and an Auto Power Down function puts the unit into standby automatically.
