Opis

The C 388 is a stereo integrated amplifier using NAD's HybridDigital design. It is rated at 150 W continuous per channel into 8 or 4 ohms, with IHF dynamic power of 250 W, 350 W and 400 W into 8, 4 and 2 ohms. It is aimed at bigger rooms and speakers that need more drive.

Source connections include optical and coaxial digital inputs feeding the built-in DAC (up to 24 bit/192 kHz), analogue line inputs, an MM phono input and Bluetooth A2DP with aptX. Two MDC expansion slots accept optional modules for BluOS streaming, HDMI switching and USB/DSD playback.

Outputs cover Speaker A and B terminals, a preamp/subwoofer output and a headphone amplifier for low-impedance headphones. For custom installs there are 12V trigger in/out, IR in/out and an RS-232 port. Control is by IR remote or a smartphone app, and the unit is certified for several control systems including Control4, Crestron and Savant.
