The MasterDeck is a belt-drive turntable assembled in limited batches in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It plays 33.3, 45 and 78 RPM records, with a trim control for small speed corrections. A sensor-regulated, three-phase brushless AC motor is isolated from the plinth and synchronized to the selected speed.
The 10-inch dual-pivot carbon-fiber tonearm has a removable headshell and internal wiring from Cardas Audio. Azimuth, vertical tracking angle, overhang and anti-skate can all be adjusted, and it accepts cartridges from 5 g to 14 g. The platter is a 1.75-inch hybrid of aluminum and Delrin, and it turns on an encapsulated spiral groove inverted bearing.
The deck stands on Harmonic Resolution Systems isolation feet that decouple it from room vibration. The frame comes in Black or Walnut, and the deck can be ordered without a cartridge or with an UltraGold MC cartridge. No dust cover is included, and a manual and packing guide are available for download.
