The Studio Jubilee Head is a compact two-channel valve amplifier with clean, lead and rhythm voicings. A single input gain control with a pull function for rhythm clip, separate lead and output masters, a three-band EQ and a presence control cover the range from clean tones through crunch to heavier distortion. The EQ section is the same as on the Silver Jubilee 2555X Vintage Reissue Head.

The output stage uses two EL34 power valves, with two ECC83 preamp valves and an ECC83 phase splitter. A switch lowers the output from 20W to 5W, so the amp can be used at different volumes without changing the tone character. The circuit follows the design of larger, older Marshall amps, and the unit includes some hand-soldered elements and is built at the maker's Bletchley factory in England.

Connections include one 1/4" instrument input and a footswitch input. Output is through five 1/4" speaker jacks covering 16Ω, 8Ω and 4Ω loads, plus a DI output. A series effects loop is switchable. The head weighs 10 kg and comes in a silver finish.
