The Origin50 Head is a 50W all-valve single-channel guitar amplifier head with switchable power reduction to approximately 10W and 5W. It suits guitarists who need one amp for stage, rehearsal and studio use at different volume levels.

The Origin50 Head is a single-channel valve guitar amp head built around two EL34 power valves and three ECC83 valves in the preamp and phase splitter. It runs at 50W in high power mode, with mid and low settings of roughly 10W and 5W. These settings use a voltage-rail reduction system, so the tone is meant to stay the same at lower volumes.
The front panel has Gain (with a pull boost), Tilt, Bass, Middle, Treble, Master and Presence controls, plus the power scaling switch. The Tilt control changes the blend of the sound from normal to a brighter, high-treble voicing, and is based on the multi-input approach of older designs. The gain boost adds an extra layer of gain for crunch tones. A 2-way footswitch can switch the gain boost and the FX loop on and off.
The back has a series-switchable effects loop for pedals, a DI output on a 1/4" jack, and three 1/4" speaker outputs for 16Ω or 8Ω loads. The head has a single 1/4" instrument input and a footswitch input, and a detachable power cable is included. It is finished in black and weighs 11.8 kg.
