This is a compact 15-watt solid-state combo amplifier from Marshall's MG Gold range, listed as model MG15FX. It offers four storable channels: clean, crunch and two overdrive voices (OD1 and OD2). A three-band EQ (bass, middle, treble) sits alongside gain, reverb and volume controls for shaping the tone.
Built-in digital effects cover reverb, phaser, flanger, delay and chorus, selected from the front panel. A tuner and tap-tempo control are included, and channel settings can be stored and recalled. There is no effects loop, but the amp is designed to work with external effects pedals placed in front of it.
The instrument connects through a 1/4" input, and a 3.5mm aux input lets you play along with music from a phone or player. A 3.5mm headphone output provides an emulated speaker signal for silent practice and direct recording. The cabinet houses a custom 8-inch, 8Ω speaker and weighs 7.7 kg, which keeps it easy to carry to rehearsals. Finish is black and gold.
