Beskrivelse
The AMS 101 H is a 1x10" bass cabinet in Markbass's Advanced Modular Cabinet System. The series is designed so a player can start with one cabinet and add more later, building 2x10" or 8x10" stacks, and the same approach applies to the 12" models. A 4x10" setup needs the optional AMS Modular Custom Cable.
The H version adds a 1" super tweeter mounted concentrically with the 10" woofer. This keeps the cabinet compact and stackable while extending the high-frequency range. Cabinets without a tweeter are also made in the series for balanced custom setups. The cabinet handles 200 W RMS (AES standard) at 8 ohms, with a 3.5 kHz crossover, a rear tuned port and a quoted response of 45 Hz to 20 kHz.
At 8.2 kg and roughly 315 x 315 x 433 mm, it is easy to carry. The maker lists the product as discontinued and offers a manual download.
