This set pairs a bodypack transmitter and a beige-coloured headset microphone with a true diversity UHF receiver. The receiver can scan automatically for a free channel, and the transmitter is synchronised to it by a one-touch infrared link. A pilot tone squelch circuit mutes the receiver when a signal without the tone is present, which guards against interference and noise.

The transmitter output can be switched between 2, 10 and 30 mW, giving a free-field range of over 100 metres at the top setting. Up to 12 systems of this 584–608 MHz version can run at the same time. A high-contrast OLED display shows group, channel, radio frequency, signal strength and battery status, and individual user names can be entered. With two AA batteries the transmitter can run for up to 10 hours.

The series is built around rugged enclosures and shock-mounted capsules. The headset in this set is a cardioid condenser type. The same family also offers handheld transmitters with interchangeable dynamic or condenser capsules, lavalier microphones, single and double receivers, and rackmount kits.
