Korg PitchHawk-G

The PitchHawk-G is a clip-on chromatic-style tuner built for guitar and bass. It fastens directly to the instrument's headstock with a clip designed for a firm hold, and its arm folds up compactly for transport. A ball joint on the movable arm lets the player set the viewing angle freely.

The display is designed to stay bright and readable from any angle, and the operating buttons sit on the front. Dedicated guitar and bass modes are provided, along with flat and capo settings. In guitar mode a warning function alerts beginners who are about to over-wind the first string. Calibration covers all concert pitches, so the reference can be matched to other players or instruments.

An auto power-off function saves battery if the unit is left on, and a memory backup function retains settings. A limited-edition PitchHawk pick holder is included with the tuner. The model is also known by the code AW-3G.
