Description

The RP-440C is the center-channel model in the Reference Premiere range. It pairs a 1-inch titanium tweeter, mounted on a 90x90 hybrid Tractrix horn, with four 4-inch spun copper Cerametallic cone woofers. A redesigned Tractrix port handles the low end.

The tweeter uses a linear travel suspension. The cabinet is MDF with a brushed polymer veneer baffle, and a removable grille covers the front. The enclosure is wide and shallow, at 5.67 x 26 x 13.54 inches, which suits placement near a screen.

The page lists no connection types or electrical specifications. A manual covering the Reference Premiere speaker series is available as a download. The product carries a California Proposition 65 warning.
