Ci200ER

The Ci200ER is a flush-mount in-ceiling speaker built around a 200 mm (8 in.) Uni-Q driver array. In this design the mid-range cone and a 16 mm aluminium dome tweeter share one acoustic centre, so the sound stays consistent across the room rather than being limited to a narrow listening spot. The crossover point is 2.8 kHz and the stated frequency response is 45 Hz to 20 kHz (±6 dB) when used open-backed.

The Ultra-Thin Bezel keeps the visible rim around the speaker as small as possible, and both the bezel and the magnetic grille can be painted to match the room's decor. The speaker is built to a weather-resistant standard: the grille has a protective coating, the terminations and finish materials resist moisture, and the plastics are UV protected. That makes it usable in kitchens and bathrooms.

Installation needs a 240 mm x 240 mm cut-out and 97.2 mm of mounting depth. Sensitivity is 90 dB (2.83 V / 1 m) and the recommended amplifier power is 10-125 W. Software for the Ci range is available from the maker's Ci software download page.
