Ci160QL

The Ci160QL is a rectangular architectural speaker from KEF's Ci-Q Series, built to be mounted flush in a wall or ceiling. An Ultra Thin Bezel (UTB) keeps the visible rim around the speaker as slim as possible, so it blends into the surface.

It uses KEF's Uni-Q driver array, in which a 19 mm tweeter sits at the acoustic centre of a 160 mm (6.5 in.) bass/midrange cone. The two drivers act as a single point source, spreading sound widely and evenly through the room. This gives broad coverage, so fewer speakers can fill a space, and allows flexible placement.

The speaker has an open-backed design with a stated frequency response of 38 Hz to 34 kHz (±6 dB) and a sensitivity of 89 dB. It is rated for amplifiers of 10 to 125 W, with a 3.0 kHz crossover.
