The EON710 is a self-powered 10-inch loudspeaker from JBL's EON700 Series. It combines a custom woofer, driver and horn with a 650 W continuous amplifier and a 110° x 60° nominal coverage pattern. The cabinet is made from talc-reinforced polypropylene with metal grilles, which keeps weight down while adding rigidity.
A 3-channel digital mixer is built in, with a backlit colour LCD for navigating functions. dbx DriveRack Inside processing supplies automatic feedback suppression, 8-band output EQ and speaker delay. An 8-band EQ with use-case presets and music ducking, which lowers playback when a microphone signal is detected, are also included.
Bluetooth 5.0 handles wireless audio streaming, and the JBL Pro Connect app (iOS and Android) allows adjustments from anywhere in the venue. The enclosure can stand on a pole or tripod, serve as a floor monitor with indexed feet, be flown from M10 suspension points, or be wall-mounted with the optional EON700 Universal Yoke Mount.
