Opis
The COL600 is a 598 mm tall column speaker with a cabinet only 93 mm deep, so it can sit flat against a wall and meet ADA depth limits. Two 5 x 2.25 inch racetrack woofers and a 1 inch tweeter at the top of the array cover 160° horizontally and 110° vertically, with the aim tilted 10° downward by design.
It can run directly at 8 ohms or on 70 V and 100 V distributed lines through a built-in multi-tap transformer with 20 W, 10 W and 5 W taps (plus 2.5 W at 70 V), selected by a switch. Power handling in 8 ohm mode is 80 W continuous pink noise (320 W peak). Maximum output is 105 dB continuous and 111 dB peak.
Connection is by a 4-pin Euroblock terminal that takes 24 to 14 AWG wire, protected by an included rain cover. The enclosure is rated IP54 and UV resistant. A swivel and tilt wall bracket and two L-brackets are supplied, and the speaker is available in black or white.
