TONEX Cab is a powered FRFR guitar cabinet built around a custom Celestion 12-inch speaker and a Lavoce 1-inch compression driver in a wood enclosure. Class-D amplification delivers 350 W RMS / 700 W Peak with DSP control, and the maximum level is 132 dB SPL. An AMP TONE control adjusts mid-frequency character and high-frequency dispersion to bring the response closer to a conventional guitar amp.
On board are a programmable 3-band EQ and an IR loader with 8 presets that store EQ, Amp Tone and cab IR settings. 50 cab impulse responses are included, and a USB port is used for loading IRs, preset management and firmware updates. Presets can be switched from the front panel or over MIDI.
The Main input and the AUX input are XLR/1/4" combo jacks. A balanced XLR output (pre or post processing) with ground lift feeds a front-of-house system or links further cabs. The cab weighs 12.7 kg, has integrated tilt-back legs and swappable grill cloth, and ships with TONEX Cab software, TONEX SE and AmpliTube 5 SE.
