The iRig Keys I/O 25 combines a 25-key controller with an audio interface in a single unit. The keys are full-size and velocity-sensitive. Around them sit 8 multicolor velocity-sensitive pads, 5 programmable touch-sensitive encoders, programmable pitch and modulation slider strips, and octave, program change and transport buttons.
The interface section offers a combo input for microphone (balanced XLR with +48V phantom power), line or Hi-Z instrument signals, two balanced 1/4" TRS line outputs and a 1/8" stereo headphone output. Converters work at up to 24-bit/96 kHz. An external pedal input is also provided.
It connects to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, to Mac and to Windows through a mini-DIN device connector, with Lightning, USB-A and USB-C cables supplied. Power comes from the USB bus with a computer, from 4 AA batteries with an iOS device, or from an optional DC supply. A phone/tablet stand and a bundle of music software and bonus apps are included.
