Beskrivelse
The AF95FM is a hollow-body electric guitar with a flamed maple top, back and sides and a three-piece Nyatoh/maple set-in neck. The fretboard is bound Macassar ebony with acrylic block inlays and 20 medium frets. The neck has a 628mm scale, a 305mmR radius and a 43mm nut width.
Two passive Alnico Super 58 humbuckers, described as moderate output with a vintage voice, are selected with a three-way switch (neck, both, bridge). Each pickup has its own volume and tone knob, four knobs in all. The hardware is gold, with a Gibraltar Performer bridge and a VT06 tailpiece for tuning stability and sustain.
The guitar is purely passive and has no onboard electronics beyond the pickups and controls, so it connects to an amplifier through a standard guitar cable. It ships strung with D'Addario EXL140 strings (.010-.052) and is tuned standard E. Ibanez lists the MF100C case and IHB541-BK bag as recommended accessories.
