The Solidcom C1 Pro is a full-duplex wireless intercom headset system. Each headset has a directional main microphone plus an omnidirectional secondary microphone that samples ambient noise, and an ENC algorithm removes that noise on the speaker's side. Acoustic echo cancellation works across a 150 Hz to 7 kHz range, and a felt wind filter covers the main mic for outdoor use.
The system works in two ways. In the non-hub setup, a red-marked master headset links to blue-marked remote headsets, in packages for teams of 2 to 8. In the hub-based setup, a hub with a wired headset supports up to 9 members, A and B grouping, an ANNOUNCE function that mutes all other headsets, and cascading of up to 3 systems over IP. Master headsets cannot be used in a hub system.
The headsets weigh about 170 g with battery, use replaceable lithium batteries and are backward compatible with the Solidcom C1. The hub offers 2- and 4-wire audio I/O, USB audio for computer calls, and power from NP-F, V-mount, G-mount batteries or DC.
