Active 15-inch bass-reflex subwoofer with a 1500 W RMS Class D biamped amplifier and onboard DSP. It extends the low end of the ELEMENTS MK2 system for music and event use and can be networked over Milan AVB.

The ELEMENTS MK2 115 Sub A is a powered subwoofer built around a single 15-inch woofer with a 3.5-inch voice coil in a bass-reflex cabinet. A Class D biamped amplifier delivers 1500 W RMS (3000 W peak). The response reaches down to 38 Hz at -6 dB and 35 Hz at -10 dB, and the passive crossover point to the satellite output is set at 175 Hz. Maximum SPL is 126 dB average and 128 dB peak.
A DSP preamp provides a 10-band parametric EQ with variable filter characteristics, high-pass and low-pass filters, polarity, a delay on the DSP output of up to 50 ms, a limiter and mute. Four filter presets are available: Flat, Contour, Voice and Remote. RMS and peak limiters protect the driver. The unit can be controlled from a computer with the DSP-Control software for Windows and Mac.
Connections include a balanced XLR/jack analog input, balanced XLR analog and DSP outputs, an E-Connect MK2 output for satellites, and two Ethercon RJ45 network ports for Milan AVB digital audio. The cabinet is a hybrid housing with water-based acrylic enamel, HK Audio Multigrip handles and a steel front grille with anticorrosive coating and acoustic foam backing. A top lid is included.
