4430A
The 4430A is a compact two-way active installation loudspeaker that receives audio, power and management over a single network cable using Power over Ethernet. It is aimed at installers of distributed sound systems in venues, hospitality and exhibitions.

The 4430A is part of a networked loudspeaker family. It has a 130 mm cone woofer and a 19 mm metal dome tweeter, each driven by its own 50 W Class D amplifier through an active crossover at 2900 Hz. The die-cast aluminium enclosure uses a reflex port and a directivity control waveguide, and the speaker is rated for a peak SPL of at least 107 dB on PoE+ power.
A single CAT cable carries power (PoE+ or PoE) and audio. The network input handles Dante-compatible AES67 streams, and there is also a balanced analogue input on a Euroblock connector. Internal power management stores energy so the speaker can reach high peak levels from a standard PoE source; IEEE 802.3at (30 W) is recommended, while 802.3af (15 W) shortens how long maximum output can be sustained.
Setup is done with Smart IP Manager software, which covers device discovery, room equalisation, delay and level alignment, zone organisation and status monitoring. Settings are stored in the speaker's memory, and a public API command set allows control from house automation systems. The speaker is offered in black, white and RAL colours.
