FA502iC
The FA502iC is a two-way in-ceiling or in-wall speaker built around a 200mm (8") IsoFlare point-source driver with a 25mm titanium dome tweeter. It is aimed at home installs where a hidden speaker with wide, even dispersion is wanted.

The FA502iC is a custom-install loudspeaker taken from the maker's F500 series design. It uses a single 200mm (8") IsoFlare point-source driver, with a multi-fibre bass/midrange cone, a FyneFlute surround and a 25mm titanium dome compression tweeter. A passive crossover at 1.7kHz is tuned for infinite baffle use. The driver is designed to give 360-degree isotropic dispersion and time alignment across the frequency range.
It is intended for in-ceiling or in-wall mounting. The chassis has self-aligning clamps with a travel of 5-50mm and spring clamp cable terminals. Both a round and a square low-profile magnetic grille are supplied. Both are paintable and carry an acoustic scrim cloth. A cut-out of 248mm is needed, with 120.5mm of depth behind the mounting surface.
The speaker is passive, with an 8 ohm nominal impedance and 91dB sensitivity. It is driven from a separate amplifier rated at 30-150W RMS and connects through its spring clamp terminals. A cut-out template and a manual shared with the FA300iC range are available for download.
