F501
The F501 is a floorstanding loudspeaker in Fyne Audio's F500 series, built around a 150mm IsoFlare driver and a matched 150mm bass driver. It suits small to medium rooms in stereo hi-fi or home theatre setups, and is now listed as discontinued.

The F501 is the smaller of the two floorstanding models in the F500 series. It is a 2½-way design with a twin-cavity coupled reflex enclosure. A 150mm IsoFlare point-source driver, with a 25mm titanium dome compression tweeter at its centre, handles the mids and highs. A separate 150mm multi-fibre bass driver sits below it. The IsoFlare design is meant to give constant directivity, which supports stereo imaging off axis.
The speaker ships with a dedicated plinth that includes the BassTrax Tractrix diffuser. The port fires downwards, and the diffuser spreads bass energy evenly into the room. The cabinet has gently curved front and rear baffles, which are meant to reduce colouration. Finishes are Dark Oak and Black Oak real wood veneer, or Piano Gloss Black and White.
Connection is by passive speaker terminals to an external amplifier. Nominal impedance is 8 ohms and sensitivity is 90dB. Recommended amplifier power is 35 to 150 watts RMS. The speakers are sold as a pair.
