F1-12
The F1-12 is a two-way floorstanding loudspeaker and the top model in Fyne Audio's F1 Series, built around a 300mm (12") IsoFlare point-source driver and a BassTrax-equipped aluminium plinth. It suits high-end Hi-Fi listeners with powerful amplification and room for a 72kg speaker.

The F1-12 is a two-way floorstanding speaker sold as a pair. Its twin-cavity cabinet sits on a machined aluminium plinth weighing 20kg, which houses the BassTrax low-frequency diffuser and a downwards-firing port. The cabinet is hand built and hand finished in the UK in walnut veneer with a burr walnut inlay.
The drive unit is the largest IsoFlare driver in the range: a 300mm multi-fibre bass/midrange cone with a 75mm titanium dome compression tweeter mounted at its centre, forming a time-aligned point source with a neodymium magnet system. The crossover point is 750Hz, and the passive crossover is bi-wired, low loss and deep cryogenically treated.
Two adjustments are provided: high-frequency energy (750Hz to 26kHz) and presence (2.5kHz to 5.0kHz), each over a range of plus or minus 3dB. Sensitivity is 96dB with an 8 ohm nominal impedance, and the speaker accepts amplifiers from 20 to 350 watts RMS. The F1-12 is listed as discontinued and comes in a Piano Gloss Walnut finish.
