Opis
This Stratocaster recreates late '50s Fender design with an alder body in a gloss polyester finish and a 1-piece maple neck with a maple fingerboard. The Late '50s "D" neck starts slim at the nut and thickens moderately toward the 12th fret. The 7.25" radius fingerboard carries 21 vintage tall frets and a bone nut.
Three vintage-style late '50s single-coil pickups sit under parchment covers and are selected with a 5-position blade switch. Controls are a master volume and two tone knobs, one for the neck and middle pickups and one for the bridge pickup. The 6-saddle synchronized tremolo uses bent steel saddles and a screw-in arm, and vintage-style tuning machines with a finer gear ratio handle tuning.
It is a passive electric guitar with no electronics beyond the pickups and pots, so it connects through a standard instrument lead. Fender USA 250L strings are installed, and a deluxe gig bag, saddle height wrench and hex wrench are included. It is listed in 3-Color Sunburst, Dakota Red and Aztec Gold.
