Deskrizzjoni
The California Standard Redondo CE is a cutaway dreadnought built entirely from laminated woods: a spruce top with sapele back and sides. Laminates are chosen for added resilience and durability compared with solid woods. The body has a gloss polyurethane finish and an inlaid dual-ring rosette.
The neck is okoume with a slim "C" profile, a 25.5" (648 mm) scale, a walnut fingerboard with a 12" radius, 20 vintage-size frets and a Micarta nut 42.86 mm wide. The Jazzmaster-style six-in-line headstock carries die-cast sealed tuning machines, and a dual-action truss rod allows neck adjustment. The bridge is also walnut, in a Modern Viking shape.
Onboard electronics use a Fender FE-A2 preamp with volume and tone controls and an integrated electronic tuner with on/off switch and low-battery indicator light. This lets the guitar feed a PA, amp, recording interface or effects chain. It is a right-handed model, strung with phosphor bronze .011-.052 strings, and is offered in Black, Fiesta Red, 3-Color Sunburst and Natural. No case or gig bag is included.
