Black System II is a ready-built Eurorack system that combines a selection of Erica Synths Black Series modules in one case. The module line-up covers oscillators, a modulator, a mixer, two filters, a quad VCA, envelope and LFO sources, a crossfader, a stereo delay and a joystick controller, so a complete voice can be patched without adding other modules.
The system can be driven from a keyboard or a MIDI sequencer through its MIDI-CV module, or run on its own with internal modulation and creative patching. The maker describes the sound range as extending from synth leads and bass lines to cosmic textures and stereo drones.
