The IC6 is a midsize in-ceiling loudspeaker in the Architect IN series. It works with most hi-fi amplifiers and home theater receivers and can serve as a surround or height channel in multichannel and Atmos-compatible systems. The series is aimed at both private and public spaces, from home theaters and integrated hi-fi to restaurants, stores, schools and meeting rooms.
The design is coaxial: a 16.5 cm cellulose fibre low-mid driver carries two 19 mm silk dome tweeters. The tweeters can be tilted to aim sound toward the listening area. The white magnetic grille can be painted to match the room's decor.
Stated performance is 87 dB sensitivity, 100 W maximum power handling and a frequency response of 70 Hz to 20 kHz. Connection is to a standard amplifier or receiver; a separate 100V version of the model exists in the range.
