The pedal is an analog tremolo with digital control. The waveform can be set to sine, triangle or pulse, and the shape of each is continuously adjustable. A rhythm mode offers nine patterns that the user can edit and store. Rate is set with the knob, the tap footswitch, an external tap switch or an external clock, and a tap divide function produces faster rates relative to the tapped tempo.
The right channel's waveform phase can be offset from 0 to 360 degrees against the left, which turns the tremolo into a panning effect. An envelope follower can be added to rate and depth so the effect responds to playing dynamics. Up to eight presets can be saved and recalled, and a mode footswitch can be reassigned by the player.
The I/O supports stereo in/out, mono in/stereo out, stereo in/mono out and mono in/mono out. An expression pedal with a TRS plug can control rate, depth, shape, phase or volume, and a Tap/Clk jack accepts up to three external footswitches or clock pulses. Bypass is true bypass, and a power adapter is included.
