Oceans 12

The Oceans 12 is a larger follow-up to the Oceans 11. It runs two simultaneous, independent stereo reverb engines, which can be arranged in series or in parallel, and stores 24 presets. Twelve reverb types are on offer, each with two or three modes: room, spring, plate, reverse, echo, tremolo, modulated, dynamic (swell, gate, duck), auto-infinite, shimmer, polyphonic pitch-shifted and resonant.

Other controls include a Tide control for altering the stereo image, a Lo-fi control, infinite attenuation and tap tempo for pre-delay and echo time. A Tails switch decides whether the reverb decays naturally or cuts off when the pedal is bypassed, and a Moment button limits the effect to the time a footswitch is held down. Most settings can produce infinite reverb that can be played over with a different reverb.

The pedal handles stereo in/out or a mono send/return arrangement with pre- and post-reverb options. A combo jack accepts an expression pedal, control voltage or a 3-button external footswitch. Bypass is buffered, and a power adapter is included.
