The Micro POG is a digital polyphonic octave pedal in a small die-cast chassis, a simplified version of the original POG. It tracks single notes, arpeggios and full chords and mixes the original signal with a sub-octave and an octave-up voice. Each of the three signals has its own level knob, so the balance between dry, lower and higher octaves is set by hand.
Typical uses listed for the pedal include 12-string guitar tones, turning a guitar into a bass, and organ sounds ranging from church organ to Hammond-style. A footswitch toggles between effect and bypass, and the bypass is buffered.
The pedal has one input and two outputs: an effect output and a separate dry output. This allows the processed and clean signals to be sent to different amps or channels. It is mono and runs from a 9.6V DC power adapter, which is included.
