The Memory Toy is an all-analog delay pedal that provides up to 550 ms of delay time. Three knobs set the delay time, the number of repeats (feedback) and the wet/dry balance between the direct and delayed signal. A modulation switch adds a slow modulation to the delay time, giving the repeats a chorus-like movement.
A single footswitch toggles the effect on and off, with a status LED showing when the effect is active. The pedal uses true bypass switching and a mono signal path, so the dry tone is left untouched when it is switched off.
The pedal connects with a single input jack for a guitar or another pedal and an amp jack that feeds an amplifier or the next pedal in the chain. It runs on a 9V battery, which is supplied, and it can also be powered from an optional 9.6VDC 200mA adapter that is sold separately. Current draw is 30mA.
