HOG2

The HOG2 takes a mono instrument signal and generates ten harmonic voices at once: -2 and -1 octaves, the original, +5th, +1 octave, +1 octave +5th, +2 octaves, +2 octaves +3rd, +3 octaves and +4 octaves. It tracks single notes, arpeggios and full chords. Each voice has its own level slider, and there are separate master and dry output sliders.

Sound shaping comes from an amplitude envelope with separate lower and upper voice controls, a 2nd-order resonant low-pass filter with sweepable frequency, and a Spectral Gate. A Freeze function holds a note or chord so you can play over it or glide to new notes. Seven expression modes can be driven by the included expression pedal, a MIDI controller or the on-board Expression footswitch, and the direction of the current mode can be reversed.

The pedal has a 1/4" input, a main output and a buffered direct output, a MIDI input and an expression pedal jack. An optional Foot Controller connects to the footswitch jack and gives access to up to 100 presets. MIDI can control nearly every top-panel parameter and load or save presets. A power adapter is supplied.
