The Cock Fight Plus is a rocker-style pedal that combines a wah filter with a fuzz circuit. It uses a rack and pinion mechanism and a rugged, lightweight housing. A toggle switch selects between two filters: CRY, which mimics a conventional wah circuit, and TALK, which gives throaty, vowel-like sounds.
The fuzz section has DRIVE, TONE and BIAS controls. DRIVE sets the amount of fuzz, TONE moves the fuzz from dark to bright, and BIAS adjusts the bias voltage on one of the two transistors in the fuzz circuit. A PRE/X/POST switch puts the fuzz before the filter, after it, or removes it from the signal path. A BOT knob adds low-frequency boost, slightly above unity gain at full clockwise, and turns the bottom circuit off at full counterclockwise. VOL sets master output level.
The pedal is mono, with a 1/4" input and a 1/4" output. It has a buffered bypass and an analog circuit with digital control. It runs on a supplied 9V battery or on an optional 9.6VDC-200mA adapter, which is sold separately.
