The 2020 v2 is a chromatic pedal tuner covering B0 to B7, with a stated accuracy of +/- 1 cent. It sits in a small enclosure intended to save space on a busy pedalboard, and its display is designed for easy reading on stage.
The bypass mode can be switched between true bypass and buffered bypass, so the tuner can be fitted into different signal chains. When the tuner is engaged, the output is muted, which suits live use. Reference pitch is adjustable from 436 to 445 Hz in 1 Hz steps, and a flat button provides three flat tuning modes.
The signal path is mono, with one input jack and one output jack. A footswitch turns the tuner on and off, and a pitch button changes the reference frequency. It runs from a 9VDC power adapter that is supplied with the unit, with a current draw of 10mA.
