The SB41S is a passive soundbar in ELAC's Muro series. It has three channels: a dedicated centre speaker to keep dialogue clear, and left and right channels that handle music and film effects in the way of bookshelf speakers. It is the shorter of two lengths in the range and suits TVs from roughly 55 to 75 inches.
Each channel uses a 1-inch soft dome tweeter with a deep spheroid waveguide for directivity control, together with 4-inch aluminium cone woofers and 4-inch aluminium passive radiators. The cabinet has a painted baffle in satin black or satin white and a black/grey magnetic grille.
The soundbar is passive and connects to an amplifier through metal push binding posts. The supplied slim wall mount lets the cables pass through a single opening, and after mounting the bar can be slid about 2 inches left or right to centre it on the screen.
