The OW-V41S is a sealed-cabinet, two-way on-wall speaker from ELAC's Muro Series. It pairs a 1-inch soft dome tweeter, set in a deep spheroid waveguide meant to improve directivity control and efficiency, with a 4-inch aluminum-cone woofer and a matching 4-inch aluminum passive radiator. The crossover point is 2,800 Hz and the stated frequency response is 75 to 35,000 Hz.
A switch on the back of the cabinet changes the tweeter tuning so the speaker can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. The front baffle is painted satin black or white, the cabinet is vinyl-wrapped CARB2-rated MDF, and a magnetic fabric grille covers the drivers. A mounting template is supplied to help with wall installation. The shorter of the two Muro on-wall sizes, it is intended to sit alongside smaller TVs.
It connects to an amplifier or receiver through 5-way metal binding posts. Nominal impedance is 6 ohms, sensitivity is 86 dB at 2.83 V/1 m, and the maximum power input is 80 watts.
