W240TN

The W240TN is a pair of true wireless earbuds with hybrid-style listening modes: active noise cancellation for blocking out surroundings and an ambient sound mode that lets outside sound in, with the ambient level adjustable in the Edifier Connect app. Each earbud holds a 10 mm and a 6 mm dynamic driver mounted on the same axis, and the frequency response is listed as 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

Call quality is handled by AI DNN noise reduction that separates voice from background noise. A game mode, switched on in the app, brings latency under 80 ms. Controls are physical buttons, which can be reassigned in the app, and voice assistants are supported. The app also offers two preset EQ settings with further manual adjustment, a shutdown timer, and a mute option during calls.

The earbuds connect over Bluetooth 5.3 using the A2DP, AVRCP and HFP profiles, with SBC as the only listed codec. With noise cancellation on they run about 7 hours per charge, around 21 hours in total with the case; with it off, about 8.5 hours and 25.5 hours. The case charges over USB-C and a 10-minute charge gives about 2 hours of playback. IP55 protection covers dust and water splashes. Four sizes of ear tips come in the pack.
