The K5000 is an over-ear wired headset built for classroom and remote-learning use at a computer. It uses 40mm drivers with a 20Hz-20kHz frequency response and a tuned sound pressure level, and is worn with an adjustable headband and soft over-ear pads on a narrow-frame earcup design.
The microphone is uni-directional and can be adjusted through 360 degrees. It uses noise cancellation to reduce background sound, and an external DSP sound card handles digital signal processing to keep the voice clear.
The headset connects through a USB-A plug on a 2.8m cable and works as a plug-and-play device. Total weight is about 300g. It is offered in more than one colour option.
