The STAX SPIRIT S10 is a pair of true wireless earbuds built around 12mm planar magnetic drivers. Each driver packages a 2μm polymer-substrate diaphragm (10μm total thickness), push-pull magnet arrays and damping material in one module, and uses second-generation EqualMass wiring for piston-like diaphragm motion. Each pair is auto-calibrated during production.
A Qualcomm QCC5181 Bluetooth 5.4 chipset handles processing and third-generation adaptive hybrid noise cancellation. The earbuds support the full Snapdragon Sound codec suite (aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, aptX Audio, aptX Voice) as well as LDAC, LHDC 5.0, AAC and SBC, and carry Hi-Res Wireless Audio certification. Six microphones in total (three per earbud) with AI noise suppression and 32kHz wide-band aptX Voice support calls.
Day-to-day features include multipoint connection to two devices, a wear sensor that pauses and resumes playback, and an 89ms low-latency game mode. The EDIFIER ConneX app handles control customisation, codec settings, device naming, notification volume and last-connected location. Charging is via USB-C, and the earbuds are rated IP54 for dust and splashes.
