The P17 is a passive two-way bookshelf speaker sold as a pair. Each cabinet pairs a 4" (116mm) bass driver with a 19mm silk-film tweeter, covering 50Hz to 20kHz. The enclosure is made of MDF, and an included set of MDF accessories is intended to reduce cabinet resonance so the speakers can be placed in different spots.
Each speaker has a wall-mount bracket, so it can sit on a desk or shelf or be fixed to a wall, for example in a home-theatre arrangement. The cabinets measure 128 x 238 x 168mm and the net weight is 6kg.
Because the speakers are passive, they have no built-in power and need an external receiver or amplifier. The same applies if a microphone is to be connected. The product page also lists a user manual and an EU Declaration of Conformity as support documents.
