The MP85 is a mini wireless speaker built around a single 1.5-inch (40 mm) full-range driver with 2.2 W of RMS output power. Its tuning favours vocals, aiming for clearer voice reproduction. A built-in lithium-ion polymer battery (480 mAh) provides up to 8 hours of continuous playback.
Controls are placed on the top of the unit, so all functions can be operated with one hand. The Edifier Connect app adds four sound effect presets (Music, Game, Vocal and DIY) with EQ settings, as well as a selection of soothing sounds.
Audio is streamed wirelessly over Bluetooth 5.3. The body measures 52 × 63 × 28.5 mm and weighs 0.07 kg, and comes with carrying lanyards for easy transport.
