The MP330 is a portable speaker built around two 0.75-inch silk dome tweeters, an oval mid-bass driver and an oval passive bass radiator. The drivers use neodymium magnets and are driven by dual Class-D amplifiers, giving 40W RMS in total with a stated frequency response of 53Hz to 40kHz. The speaker is Hi-Res Audio certified and handles audio up to 24-bit/96kHz.
Bluetooth 6.0 is the main wireless input, with multipoint connection to two devices at once and stereo pairing of two MP330 units. Wired and local sources are a USB-C port, which carries audio from a computer, and a microSD (TF) card slot for stored music. Only the SBC codec is listed. Playback lasts up to 19 hours, measured with SBC decoding at 50% volume.
Five preset sound effects are available, plus a custom setting. Playback is controlled with accordion-style buttons or through the EDIFIER ConneX mobile app, which also offers source switching, playback control, sound effect customisation and the user manual. A top handle makes it easy to move between rooms or take outdoors.
