M3200

The M3200 is a 2.1 multimedia speaker system built around two hourglass-shaped satellites with a glossy finish and a separate subwoofer. Each satellite uses two drivers of different sizes, and together the satellites provide 18 W of the system's 34 W total output. The subwoofer has a wooden enclosure and a magnetically shielded 5.5-inch driver for the low end.

Control is handled by a wired remote with an aluminium volume wheel. A blue halo on the remote works as the power indicator, and blue lighting rings also mark the narrowest point of the satellites and the subwoofer. The remote also carries the headphone output and a 3.5 mm auxiliary input.

The system is designed to take several audio sources, and it can be used with a turntable as long as the turntable can connect through the auxiliary input. On power-up the speakers use a volume-remember setting that starts at a lower level than the one last used, as protection against sudden loud output.
