G5BT

The G5BT is a over-ear gaming headset that can be used wirelessly over Bluetooth 5.2 or wired through a 3.5 mm audio cable. Sound comes from 40mm titanium drivers, and Hi-Res certification applies to the wired connection at 24-bit/96kHz. A game-oriented H+ sound effect, tuned with a mobile game chip developer, is meant to make footsteps, gunshots and skill casting easier to place. Wireless latency is quoted at 45ms (±5ms).

For calls and in-game chat there is a retractable microphone stem with a dual-mic array and environmental noise cancelling, which is rated to reduce 90% of surrounding noise. The ear cups use 3D-cut memory foam, and the cavity is separate from the headband beam with a slightly adjustable suspension to suit different head shapes. The design folds for carrying.

Controls are on the ear cup, with music and game sound modes and RGB breathing lighting. The 800mAh battery is rated for up to 40 hours with lights off and 17 hours with lights on. The headset connects to laptops, smartphones, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch, and can still be used wired when the battery is empty.
