The A300 Pro is a pair of active bookshelf speakers with built-in amplification. Each cabinet pairs a 6.5-inch aluminium mid-woofer with a tweeter, and DSP lets the built-in amplifiers drive the tweeter and woofer separately. Total RMS output is 10W + 10W for the treble drivers and 120W + 120W for the woofers, supplied by a 150W power supply. Frequency response runs from 40Hz to 40kHz, and the speakers carry Hi-Res Audio certification.
An XMOS processor handles the digital side. Inputs cover AUX, balanced, USB, optical, coaxial and Bluetooth 5.0, so the speakers can take a computer, a TV, a CD transport, a DAC or a phone. A wireless remote changes volume and input from a seated position.
Each speaker measures 225 x 385 x 350mm. The pair weighs 24.3kg net. A Windows driver, a user manual and compliance documents are available for download from the support area.
