PAGE-X4 is a desktop paging station built around a 4-inch, 480 x 480 pixel IPS touchscreen with a 5-point capacitive panel. A cardioid gooseneck condenser microphone is supplied, and the unit sends a balanced microphone-level signal to the system through a 3-pin Euroblock output. A 100 Hz, 18 dB/oct high-pass filter is applied to the microphone signal.
The number of paging zones is not fixed in the hardware. Zones are configured through EclerPLEX, and the panel is programmed and controlled with the Ecler PLEX Guest for Panels tool. A quad-core ARM processor, up to 1.8 GHz, runs the interface. Reset and reboot micro buttons are on the unit.
The console connects over a single RJ45 Ethernet port (10/100 Mb, 1 Gb auto cross-over, Cat-5e or better). It can be powered by PoE (802.3af, Class 0) or by an external 12-24 V DC supply, which is not included. Maximum consumption is 6 W. The unit is intended for desktop use and operates from -10 to 60 °C.
